Boasting a hip and cool design that sees a modern collection of glass boxes stacked atop a pre-cast concrete base, the building is punctuated by ribbon- like bands of magenta. The interiors reveal a similar inclination toward the unexpected, displayed in Fabrik’s unconventional use of materials, inspired textures and fashion-forward colours. Available in studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, two bedroom, two-bedroom-plus-den and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 424 to 1,388 sq. ft., suites at Fabrik are attractively priced starting from the mid-$200’s.
