Your relationship with REALTOR is a business partnership, where in it’s important to know the legal principles of the selling/re-selling of the property built by the company. Prospective relationship should be maintained with the client. The job of the realtor is to find the vendor of the property a purchaser who will then enter into yet another contract of Agreement on Purchase & sale.  This form of contract is usually in a standard form prescribed by the local real estate board of Canada.

 

Buyers Relationship to REALTOR

The bottom line in buying and selling real estate is to work with reliable professionals, real estate agents, lawyers, notaries, home inspectors and financial institutions. Here the buyer will be provided with the choices by the REALTOR. However the Realtor should make certain statements clear to the Buyers on the Point of price negotiation cause that would create conflict between the buyer and the REALTOR so this part the Buyer needs to be careful and follow the rules and  regulations to avoid such situations.

Sellers Relationship to REALTOR
